Terms of Use
GENERAL
• 1. These Terms of Use establish the interaction procedure between anaisgose.com online store and its customers - individuals and legal entities who have placed an order using the "Shopping Cart" service located on the anaisgose.com website (hereinafter referred to as the website).
• 2. anaisgose.com online store sells and delivers the goods throughout Ukraine.
• 3. anaisgose.com online store sells the goods at retail. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
• 4. By placing an order on the site, the customer unconditionally agrees to follow these Terms of Use and confirms that he/she has got acquainted with them.
2. ORDERING
• 1. The ordering is performed by the customer by means of adding the product to the Shopping Cart.
• 2. The order is considered to be placed properly if:
• 2.1. The customer has filled in all the fields of an Order Form, which allows identifying the customer and contacting him/her:
• 2.2.Full name/Name;
• 2.3. Phone number;
• 2.4. Address;
• 2.5. Preferred payment type
• 2.6. Preferred delivery type.
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE BY ANAISGOSE.com ONLINE STORE
• 1. Upon receipt of the order, the manager of anaisgose.com online store checks the availability of the goods. If the order is placed in accordance with para.2.2. hereof, the manager accepts the order and send it to the shipment department.
• 2. From the moment of the order acceptance by the anaisgose.com online store, the customer has the right to refuse the order or to amend it (delete/add goods to the order, change the properties of the goods (color, size, quantity, etc.). As soon as the invoice is paid, it is not allowed to delete any items from the order.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
• 1. The employees of anaisgose.com online store process the order. Orders will be shipped during 1-3 days. In the event if you made an order on Sunday or a public holiday, then its delivery would be postponed to the first business day following the day of placing the order. The dispatching city is Kyiv.
• 2. If any item is not available in anaisgose.com online store, the employee will inform the client and make the refund.
5. PAYMENT
• 1. The customer can pay for the order in online payment using the fondy.ua system
6. DELIVERY
• 1. Delivery across the Ukraine is possible by postal service Nova Poshta according to their price list.
• 2. World wide shipments are possible with Ukrposhta delivery service. The fix price of shipment is 7€.
• 3. anaisgose.com online store is considered to have fulfilled its obligation to deliver the order at the time of its handover to the delivery service. The risk of destruction or damage to the goods after they have been handed over to the delivery service is borne by the customer.
7. RETURN OF SUBSTANDARD GOODS
• 1. The proper quality goods, which were ordered at anaisgose.com and did not fit for any reason (style, size, color) are subject to return and exchange within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that:
• there are not any traces of being used and worn;
• the marketable condition and consumer properties are preserved;
• the packaging and labels are original and undamaged;
• the delivery cost for return/exchange of goods is paid by the buyer.*
* Exception: the manufacturing defect or misgrading (the different size, color or article). In this case, the return is carried out at our expense.
The substandard quality goods (after use or with damaged labels) ordered at anaisgose.com cannot be exchanged or returned.
• The process of returning the goods:
• Fill in the return form (it is sent by the manager upon the customer's request to the messenger or e-mail);
• Send the goods and the completed form to the address indicated on it;
• Receive the money by the wire transfer*
• The refund term is within 10 business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods by the manager of the online store.
* If you received a defective product or the order contained the item(s) that you didn't order, and at the same time you paid for the delivery - the manager will offer free delivery of your next order.
• The prosess of exchanging the goods:
• Fill in the exchange form (it is sent by the manager upon the customer's request to the messenger or e-mail);
• Send the goods and the completed form to the address indicated on it;
• Contact the online store manager to reserve goods for exchange.
• The delivery of an order for an exchange is carried out after it is fully processed, and the return is received by the online store manager.
